Easy to rent out the unit online, and when I went in person the staff person was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and showed me the facility. I didn't catch her name, but she was so lovely! Had a great experience and I'm glad I chose this location.

Kassandra and Celeste are amazing when talking to them. However when trying to get further with management one never gets a call back. I’ve been trying to reach a manager for months regarding automatically charging for insurance with no notice (even tho my personal insurance covers locker storage). And Smartstop has been raising the rent of the locker every 6 months by almost $100. I started off in November 2022 paying $273 - had to renegotiate 6 months later to get $340 after they were charging me $380 and now they have raised it as of Feb 1/24 to $446. And I have yet to hear back from a senior manager since the middle of 2023 and doubt I’m going to hear back from one regarding this exorbitantly high increase.
