The best part for me here is the assistant manager Jada Wilson, honestly her customer service skills are topnotch! Very friendly, professional, helpful. I don’t have enough adjectives yo describe how good she is. I hope she stays here for a long time as I love dealing with her.

We were in search of a storage unit for some things we had piling up in the house. We arrived at the Milton Location and Jayda was immediately so helpful and so great, she helped us find the unit, confirm we liked it, and answered all of our questions. She also gave us suggestions on what to do in the future in terms of future payments and locking in a fixed price. 10/10 service!

We had a really great experience with SmartStop Storage. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and super helpful from start to finish. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, and the location is fantastic.
I especially want to mention one associate (I unfortunately can’t remember her name) who had a Winnie the Pooh accessory—she was incredibly lovely and went above and beyond to help us. Her kindness really stood out and made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend the Milton location if you’re looking for reliable and friendly storage service!

Our experience today was amazing. This is our first time ever renting a unit and Jada was incredible. She made it so easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly, helpful and funny. It was great to interact and have some fun and laughs during the paper work. She gave us a great tour of the place, made sure we knew about all the entrances and codes. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and she answered everyone, even the dumb ones without judgement and with fantastic and clear answers lol. I recommend smart stop to anyone who needs to rent a unit.

Had an insightful experience today at SmartStop. Went in to find out options and pricing and was greeted by a lovely young woman named Jada. She answered all of my questions and was very informative. She was a pleasure to meet and gave me all of the information I needed for what I am looking for. Keep up the good work Jada, you have a beautiful smile!😊
