Our experience today was amazing. This is our first time ever renting a unit and Jada was incredible. She made it so easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly, helpful and funny. It was great to interact and have some fun and laughs during the paper work. She gave us a great tour of the place, made sure we knew about all the entrances and codes. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and she answered everyone, even the dumb ones without judgement and with fantastic and clear answers lol. I recommend smart stop to anyone who needs to rent a unit.

Jada was extremely informative and helpful.She was speedy while still being attentive to detail. Jada has an amazingly friendly and kind demeanour and was more than patient with all of the questions we had. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The Assistant Manager, Jada I think her name was, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend this location.

It's a very nice set up and a very good facility. I have been renting for more than an year and am seeing detoreatation of the service rather than improvement. There used to be many trolleys available for customers convenience which have reduced to only 3 usable ones which are usuallynot available. The elevator is too slow to open or close which means it needs service. The loading time provided by the elevator is too short to bring any reasonable amount of items into it. Same is while off loading. When the issue regarding non availability of the trolleys was brought up to the ladies working at the front desk they said it's a privilege and not your right to be provided with a trolly. They told me there are actually 8 trolleys but 4 are missing as the customers have taken them to their lockers and use them exclusively when they need them. I asked why the trolleys are not recovered by the management if they belong to the company. They said they don't know because they can't see past the loading dock. I told them to take this case up with the manager if it is beyond their capacity. Thay said they have reported many times but nothing happened. I asked them for the manager's contact which they said they are not supposed to provide. I asked them to take my phone number and email from my account and kindly ask the manager to contact me. They said they will do so. I haven't received any email till now. It is suggested to the owners to please take care of this wonderful set up and business and not let its its reputation get ruined because of a few carelessness individuals.

Clean, secure facility and excellent customer service. The staff member who helped me, Jada was friendly, helpful, and made the rental process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
