Went on the hunt for reasonable priced units, came into smart stop and spoke with the assistant manager Jada, she was incredibly friendly & helpful. While I did find cheaper units else where the positivity Jada greeted me with is what sold me to store my belongings here

The best part for me here is the assistant manager Jada Wilson, honestly her customer service skills are topnotch! Very friendly, professional, helpful. I don’t have enough adjectives yo describe how good she is. I hope she stays here for a long time as I love dealing with her.

Setup process was easy and the agent was quite polite on the phone. The agent on site was friendly and showed us where everything was located and what the processes were. I am just hopeful that the reduced price we received will last more than a month or two. Overall we were happy with the whole process.

Our experience today was amazing. This is our first time ever renting a unit and Jada was incredible. She made it so easy and enjoyable. She was super friendly, helpful and funny. It was great to interact and have some fun and laughs during the paper work. She gave us a great tour of the place, made sure we knew about all the entrances and codes. I am someone who asks a lot of questions and she answered everyone, even the dumb ones without judgement and with fantastic and clear answers lol. I recommend smart stop to anyone who needs to rent a unit.

We were in search of a storage unit for some things we had piling up in the house. We arrived at the Milton Location and Jayda was immediately so helpful and so great, she helped us find the unit, confirm we liked it, and answered all of our questions. She also gave us suggestions on what to do in the future in terms of future payments and locking in a fixed price. 10/10 service!
